Matt Ferdock, Ph.D., based in Zionsville, Pennsylvania, has over a decade of experience applying data analysis and industrial/organizational psychology to enhance workplace performance and achieve positive change. Dr. Ferdock’s core competencies include strategic planning, conflict resolution, team building, and employee motivation. He has assisted a diverse range of organizations to help them improve their organizational effectiveness, culture, and outcomes, delivering tailored solutions that meet the needs and goals of clients using data-driven methods and evidence-based practices. Dr. Ferdock has extensive experience in the non-profit sector as the former President of the Board of Directors of a non-profit and founder of two other non-profit organizations. He has written successful grants to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Small Business Administration (SBA) for non-profit and for-profit companies. In his free time, Matt enjoys model building, statistics, and woodworking.
