Marcela Cámpoli, Ph.D., MHA, CMQ/OE

Marcela Cámpoli, Ph.D., MHA, CMQ/OE, based in Rockville, Maryland, is a grant expert and a healthcare quality and population health executive with more than 15 years of experience supporting nonprofit organizations, academic medical centers, federally qualified health centers, and county and community-based public health initiatives. She brings expertise in grant writing and post-award administration, including regulatory compliance, budget and deliverable monitoring, performance reporting, and evaluation for federal, state, and foundation-funded programs. Marcela leads strategic, operational, and sustainability planning and uses data-driven methods to help organizations strengthen performance, improve healthcare access, and advance health equity among underserved communities. As an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence and ISO 9001/14001/45001 Integrated Internal Auditor, she integrates organizational planning, quality management, continuous improvement, and measurable results.
