Marcela Cámpoli, Ph.D., MHA, CMQ/OE, based in Rockville, Maryland, is a grant expert and a healthcare quality and population health executive with more than 15 years of experience supporting nonprofit organizations, academic medical centers, federally qualified health centers, and county and community-based public health initiatives. She brings expertise in grant writing and post-award administration, including regulatory compliance, budget and deliverable monitoring, performance reporting, and evaluation for federal, state, and foundation-funded programs. Marcela leads strategic, operational, and sustainability planning and uses data-driven methods to help organizations strengthen performance, improve healthcare access, and advance health equity among underserved communities. As an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence and ISO 9001/14001/45001 Integrated Internal Auditor, she integrates organizational planning, quality management, continuous improvement, and measurable results. In her free time, Marcela enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors with her family, and reading about history, culture, and personal development.
