Steve Bean, M.A.

Steve Bean, based in Coxsackie, New York, has over 30 years of experience in non-profit leadership and social entrepreneurship executive- and senior-management experience across the fields of positive youth development, public health, K-12 education, youth workforce development, and community economic development, among others. He is the Founder Emeritus of Digital NEST (Nurturing Entrepreneurial Skills with Technology) a start-up, youth career development program, community technology center and social enterprise. As part of that process, he has been successful with federal and foundation grants including NSF, Department of Education, James Irvine Foundation, and more. In his free time, Steve enjoys boating and spending time with his family.
