Mary Beth Harding, based in Nashville, TN, has extensive experience with more than 15 years as a nonprofit leader. Throughout her career, she's worked with diverse clients in higher education, government, and nonprofit sectors, enjoying the process of adapting to different project requirements and learning new subject areas. She has additional subject matter expertise in human services, arts, seniors, immigrant services, literacy, re-entry/incarceration services, adoption and family planning, transportation, family violence prevention, charitable medicine, agriculture, and small business. Mary Beth has helped countless nonprofits expand their impact through securing funding from federal, state, regional, and local funders such as NEA, Federal Transit Administration, Office of Family Violence Prevention and Services, TN Family Advocacy, Davidson County, and TN, Southeast. Her operational background gives her a uniquely personal understanding of how important funding truly is to every individual an organization serves. She is also a certified Yoga teacher and spends her free time leading small group classes and private lessons to help bring more ease and less pain into people's lives. She also loves gardening, birding, and cooking using local ingredients.
