Jennifer Martin, MBA
Jennifer Martin, based in Erie, Pennsylvania, has been grant writing for over two decades and holds an MBA from Gannon University in Erie, PA. Her grant experience includes all aspects of grants success including finding sources and developing applications from beginning to end. Her experience also spans demonstration projects, program assessments, and support in the implementation of grant related activities for health care organizations, social services, transportation authorities, educational institutions, and scientific businesses. Her success includes grants from HRSA, USDA, Department of Education, SAHMSA, NIH, HUD, FHLB, Fannie Rippel Foundation, RWJF, and others. Jennifer has secured funding awards for clients that include agencies providing telehealth, telemedicine, behavioral health, economic development, transportation, social services, housing, scientific research, education, and general health services. She holds additional expertise in areas such as rural health, technology, data science, primary care, emergency care, corrections, housing, homelessness, veteran services, oncology, and disease management. Jennifer has also been a federal grant reviewer, which provides unique insight to support the grant development process. In addition to grant writing, her experience includes strategic planning, organizational development, program evaluation, economic studies, and post-award compliance reporting. Jennifer has a history as a NIKE sponsored professional athlete and even qualified for four Olympic Trials Marathons where she won the silver medal for the U.S. on the 1995 Pan American Team, at Mar del Plata, Argentina.
