James Harnsberger, based in Maryland, has more than 15 years of successful grant writing experience, which includes scientific writing, grant proposals, development, award administration, and project-coordination. James has successful experience with federal and state grants including National Institutes for Health, Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Corporation for National and Community Service, and more. In his free time, James enjoys road trips, fiction writing, and American history.
