AnnaLyn Whitt, DHA, MPH, LMSW
AnnaLyn Whitt, DHA, MPH, LMSW, based in Brandon, MS, has over 20 years of experience in grant-driven work within health systems, community-based organizations, foundations, non-profits, and state government agencies, in areas such as maternal and child, rural, and behavioral health and substance use disorders. AnnaLyn has been a Primary Investigator/Program Director for many projects, playing a leading role at various non-profit organizations, including developing innovation for healthcare technology and ensuring programmatic and fiscal compliance post-award for multimillion-dollar HRSA, SAMHSA, ONC, and foundation grants. AnnaLyn enjoyed eight years as a board member on the Mississippi Social Work Licensing Board and six years serving the national association, as well as serving on a host of local, regional, and national boards promoting state and national health. Beyond her years of experience writing successful grants to major federal and foundation funders including HRSA, CDC, as well as Kellogg Foundation, Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation, among others, she also has experience serving as a grant reviewer for both HRSA and CDC. AnnaLyn received her Doctor of Health Administration degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Master's in Public Health from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and is a Licensed Master Social Worker. In her free time, Annalyn enjoys bass fishing, kayaking, and yoga.
